Rebuke is mostly for long-range healing and as filler self-healing or long-range dmg, whereas Iniquity is ur main high-hps heal if ur closer in range. Conviction is ur easy self-heal cd that should do a good job of keeping ur HP up and easily recover the health cost of Iniquity (Selfless Ally also helps there). Protection Field can be used to stop-gap dmg on critical allies and prevent upcoming dmg. Gears mostly for Pres and some Con for mote health to work with.

NOTES ON USAGE:
Inquity r3 is by a very far margin the best single target spike heal in the game. So it's there for emergency purposes - which is when healers really shine. For continuous upkeep + AoE, you've got Arcane Vitality which has massive HPS and as a nice bonus can crit, which benefits from Moment of Glory and Moment of Need + procs Eternal Spring. You also have the adv on Conviction + the rune from Pillar of Poz for general group AoE heals....the Conviction adv can also crit to work with Eternal Spring.

Then you've got 2 ADs + Protector to make yourself extra tough during emergency times. AoPM will buff your entire team's damage and toughness, make you tougher, and help you crit heal more often.
