Okay, now maybe I'm being nostalgic here, but I remember a time when you created a character on CoHs based on the expansions it could be a hero, villain, or a big of a rogue/dark hero.
Yet since back in 2009 and 2010 this MMO never really kept to that promise. In fact it's a WELL known fact this was suppose to be a Marvel MMO. Now bringing that up I know that's rubbing salt in old wounds.
Don't worry it's about to get even more salty here.
So what's the suggestion you might ask? Simple, bring back the concept that defined a character, morale, motive, what gave the franchise both paper and dice, and even online meaning! I'm talking about a character definition system that your character could be good, evil, rogue, and even have quest and missions that could define it in game.
You see this in the old CoHs, even on tOR as well. In fact it's a critical part of any good RPG. And that exactly is what CO suppose to be. An Online RPG. Yet, with Onslaught, and even other events it's turned it into more of wait for the villain and well go to a pigeon fest on bread.
It's okay, but there was a time PVE and PVP like Star Wars Galaxies had a lot of thought go into it depending on what side you picked. Heck even STO shares this similar quality as well.
This is an opportunity that could open up so many doors, and yes give CO a new life.

Now if IT did exist? What PWE sees is a "somplete" overhaul in how SGs, Game Mechanics, and of course game progression would be done. YET they run a faction system in "other" games and there is no problems.

From what I hear the villain half of CoH was a huge failure anyways, so why would we want that feature here and how would it breath new life into this game when it failed to do so there?
