Does dodge increase knock resistance?

As the title says : does dodge increase knock resistance? That is to say, when a dodge has occurred, does it diminish knock in any way? Or even when a dodge doesn't occur, does it reduce knock in any way?

I don't believe so, but I'm not quite sure given how rng knock chances are. Best way to test is to take a low-Str, Dex PSS LR tank and see how often they get knocked around w/o blocking.

Last we tested dodge did not seem to affect knock resistance, though it's enough of a pain to test that we might have missed an interaction.
