Elemental themed character

I would like help with a build for a themed character, an elemental mage. Would it be possible to have powers from fire, ice, wind and lightning together in a single build?

Its a bit tricky to not have them all in there w/o some redundancy or a bloated number of attacks, but here's one:

Single-target is LArc + Ball of Lit, AoE is Avalanche. Uses the various cd powers to roll MSA (Ball of Lit, Rimefire, Firesnake, Conviction). Can use Gust when AvMastery procs (if using LArc w/ it, wait till after you fully channel LArc cause its dmg is back-ended). Gears mostly for Int and some Con + Dex.

Would Gigabolt or Lightning Storm (R2) be a good substitute for Ball Lightning?

For this build I'd say no. Gigabolt is a charge up power, and Lightning Storm is a maintain, while Ball Lightning is just a click and go. You wouldn't want to many charging/maintains.

If you want to not be as reliant on Avenger's RA and maintains, you can swap to Guardian and use Guardicator- though then ya lose the Gust + AvMastery synergy. Gigabolt is alright, but here I'd prioritize LArc (for ST dps) and Ball of Lit or TStrike (to put up NI easily). Also using an Elec power as ur AoE in addition to that would mean ur less of an elementalist and more of an electricity mage/projector.
