I actually didn't know about all the sales until I saw the player posted reply to the patch notes.
The way the forums are set up each category previews the latest thread that's in it so supernews forum section only showed the latest announcement and nothing about the lifetime sub sale.
I'd suggest adding a section in the site or forum navigation that would contain sale announcements so that we could see them and get excited about taking advantage of them.
