Resizing the Target Tell Box

If you make it too big, tells stops showing up at all. Which is balls for stuff like... oh, I dunno... that new OM. What's it called? The one with the instant death attack with no wireframe and the Target Tell box to keep you alive? With a ginormous robot that is hard to see especially for melee.​​
