Cold/Frost Nemesis despawns in Alerts and Missions

Cold/Frost nemesis boss will despawn after stealthing in storm attack.
AoE and minions targetting do not seem to prevent this.
Dockside alert successfully completes after despawn if minions are defeated. Missions get stuck waiting for the nemesis to reach x health to trigger cutscene or other animation.
