Daily missions not awarding SCR at appropriate levels

All daily missions from the Alerts Coordinator and the Destroids Rise Again OM daily mission are not awarding SCR at Lv35+. It appears they do not award SCR until Lv40. As we can start earning SCR/GCR from OMs and Cosmics at 35, this appears to be a bug.

nope, the daily missions have always done that. It's only the cosmics which give the SCR/GCR out earlier because they are harder fights.
