Energy Unlock Not Activating On Cosmics

The energy unlock Telepathic Reverberation doesn't activate when you attack Teliosaurus, Kigatilek, or Kigatilek's dogs. According to the buffs and debuffs that were being applied to all of them, they had debuffs that would normally activate this energy unlock when fighting any other NPC but, no energy was gained when fighting them.

Telepathic reverb does function on Kiga's dogs, I've seen it happen enough, but it may be giving energy to the wrong target, I have gotten energy from telepathic reverb when someone else did something that should have given them energy.

It's likely because Telepathic Reverberation still heavily relies on a travelling VFX to grant energy to the user.

In high VFX environments, boss VFX takes priority and everything else is suppressed...including Telepathic Reverb's little energy orbs, so it effectively reduces the function of the energy unlock.

As for sharing...well Telepathic Reverb has always been able to share energy with other Telepathic Reverb users nearby.
