Trying to make a high-end "off-healer" with some pets for casual content

Hey, I recently made a post asking for info on pet builds and decided to ask for more in-depth help here. I played the game regularly over 2~3 years ago but eventually moved on to other things. Recently I've returned and Cosmic have peeked my interested, the fact they are (at least for the time being) incompatible with pet builds (which I tend to enjoy) is somewhat disappointing. I've been attempting to create a hybrid pet/healer build that can reliably contribute to cosmic without needing pets as well as trying to maximize the amount of "pet powers" I can have after I've "filled" some basic aspects of healing (e.g. single target healing, AoE healing, so on). This what I have so far:

WIP - Freeform

Super Stats
Level 6: Presence (Primary)
Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
Level 15: Dexterity (Secondary)

Talents
Level 1: The Witch (Con: 10, Int: 8, Pre: 10, Rec: 10)
Level 6: Intimidating (Pre: 8)
Level 9: Enduring (Con: 8)
Level 12: Finesse (Dex: 5, Pre: 5)
Level 15: Shrug It Off (Con: 5, Pre: 5)
Level 18: Survival Training (Dex: 3, Con: 3, Pre: 3, Rec: 2, End: 2)
Level 21: Sniper Training (Dex: 3, Ego: 3, Pre: 3, End: 3)

Powers
Level 1: Radiance
Level 1: Celestial Conduit (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Iniquity (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 8: Compassion
Level 11: Eldritch Shield (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 14: Spirit Reverberation
Level 17: Will-o'-the-Wisp (Guide, Ghost Fire)
Level 20: Life Essence (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Command Animals
Level 26: Support Drones (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 29: Summon Shadows (Rank 2, Devouring Darkness)
Level 32: Tyrannon's Familiar
Level 35: Mechanical Monstrosity (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 38: Seraphim (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Adv. Points: 36/36

Travel Powers
Level 6: Teleportation
Level 35:

Specializations
Presence: Repurpose (3/3)
Presence: Selfless Ally (2/2)
Presence: Grandeur (3/3)
Presence: Moment of Glory (2/3)
Commander: Evasive Action (2/2)
Commander: Rapid Response (2/2)
Commander: Multitasker (3/3)
Commander: Savage (3/3)
Sentinel: Eternal Spring (2/2)
Sentinel: Caregiver (3/3)
Sentinel: Sentinel Aura (3/3)
Sentinel: Moment of Need (2/3)
Mastery: Presence Mastery (1/1)

(Not sure if I exported that right.)

Main questions would be:

- How important is it for me to have an energy unlock as an healer? During cosmic I likely won't have pets up to meddle with energy management and Iniquity does not cost energy anyhow.

- I put Seraphim as last since it's the passive I've been using, and I haven't seen a ton of people do it (most supports I see have a Sorcery Aura on them) but I'm not sure just how much personal DPS I can roll out with it. Potentially it'd just be better to go AoED and put points into the "Create An Opening" Commander spec but, for raids, I'm not sure which is better between AoED (which is likely going to be repeated) or a Seraphim (which gives me a %heal increase and a weaker Sentinel Aura). Should I simply switch between them as needed?

- Is Celestial Conduit worth using as my DPS ability? If not, are there any alternatives I should be looking into?

- Should I avoid Life Essence and just go for Arcane Vitality?

- Is Will-o'-the-Wisp worth it? I've mostly used it for the sheer debuffing power and synergy between instant fear and Celestial Conduit. The illumination to chain Conduit is another nice perk.

Thanks in advance to whoever can help me with this.

AoED is still the best passive for pet dps, and Seraphim's only ally benefit is the weaker heal aura. Seraphim can still be okay, if others are bringing AoED and as long as ur using Paranormal-typed attacks, and iirc it can still auto-proc Honor in Overseer_Arbiter specs. Other passives can be good, ofc, but it ultimately just depends what you want to prioritize.

Here's one way to make a basic healer build that can still use pets for lesser content:

    (Unnamed Build) - Freeform

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Presence (Primary)
    Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
    Level 15: Intelligence (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Witch (Con: 10, Int: 8, Pre: 10, Rec: 10)
Level 6: Shrug It Off (Con: 5, Pre: 5)
Level 9: Healthy Mind (Con: 5, Int: 5)
    Level 12: Diplomatic (Int: 5, Pre: 5)
Level 15: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 18: Lasting Impression (Pre: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 21: Negotiator (Int: 5, Rec: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Eldritch Bolts
Level 1: Aura of Ebon Destruction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 6: Compassion
    Level 8: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Arcane Vitality (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 14: Molecular Self-Assembly
Level 17: Sonic Arrow (Rank 2, Deadly Dissonance)
Level 20: Ritual of Radiant Summoning (Rank 2, Unbound Ritual)
    Level 23: Munitions Bots
Level 26: Attack Toys (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 29: Will-o'-the-Wisp (Guide, Ghost Fire)
Level 32: Redemption (Rank 2, Salvation)
Level 35: Eldritch Shield (Rank 2)
    Level 38: Rebirth
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Presence: Repurpose (1/3)
    Presence: Selfless Ally (2/2)
    Presence: Dominion (2/2)
    Presence: Moment of Glory (3/3)
    Presence: Force of Will (2/2)
    Sentinel: Caregiver (3/3)
    Sentinel: Sentinel Aura (3/3)
    Sentinel: Moment of Need (2/3)
    Sentinel: Wither (2/2)
    Commander: Evasive Action (1/2)
    Commander: Rapid Response (2/2)
    Commander: Create An Opening (2/2)
    Commander: Multitasker (3/3)
    Commander: Durable (1/3)
    Commander: Savage (1/3)
    Mastery: Sentinel Mastery (1/1)

Can proc Wither, Disorient, and Sentinel Mastery w/ Sonic Arrow's adv. Arcane Vit is ur main ally heal; the Wisp buffs/debuffs and can proc MSA, and ya still have rezes to fall back on. Gears mostly for Pres and Con.
