Would Fire Breath with adv be better at applying clinging flames vs Confragration?

Its typically not worth it to try to 'spam' Rimefire, since most of the attacks that can guarantee CF and Chill are low dps themselves. But you can still use Rimefire back-to-back when its cd is up w/ an Ice Spear build, if you want:

Last power can be w/e- maybe Avalanche if you want a higher dps AoE than FBreath, or something like Firesnake, etc.

I see. so it's not worth it then to make a build based around it. I may pass on making a new toon for this and maybe retcon it into my ice toon. Thanks for the feedback Flow!
