Currently the particle rifle powers available in the game for players are the Energy Builder and a T1/0 power. Particle Rifle and Pulse Beam Rifle respectively. As such, concieving a full build around energy rifles and their effects are limited. Sure there are builds out there that make use of PBR exclusively as their single target damage dealer. The thing is it is basically an Energy Assault Rifle, so how about we add a few other powers to flesh out this languishing mini-set of potential. There are also currently only two particle damage pistol powers available to the players the T0 and T1/0 Experimental Blaster and the Experimental Burst Ray. Most of these powers I'm suggesting already exist in game in the hands of various NPC mobs, mostly Viper.
1. Pulse Blaster - Energy Builder - Uses the Gadgeteering Blaster Pistol Models - Takes the Laser Blaster power from the Air Cavalry of Viper.
2. Plasma Disruptor - T1 - Uses the Gadgeteering Energy Rifle Models - Makes use of the power flagged as Laser Gun Charge by the Viper Soldiers in Canada. Basically an Energy Shotgun inspired attack. No Knock, just damage.
3. Boson Collider - T1 - Uses Gadgeteering Energy Rifle Models - Makes use of the power flagged in the combat log as Laser Gun Spray. Basically an Energy SMG style attack.
4. Gauss Rifle - T2/3 - Uses Gadgeteering Energy Rifle Models - A particle damage variant of the Sniper Rifle power.
5. Pulse Beam Rifle would now be moved to T2 or 3 and have its damage/cost increased similar to how Assault Rifle was adjusted in Munitions.
