Allow the user to use Bone Spikes Short/Long as a Back slot as well

When I pick this item up, I was surprise that it only take the chest layer. Would it be possible if it could be an option for the Back slot as well? I would be nice to use a chest layer item along with these bone spikes.

    I'm curious about that, too. Why was it a chestlayer to begin with.
