"Resistance" Mission broken and can't be completed

If you leave the map without finishing the mission and then re-enter later, it resets almost everything within the level. The problem is the almost everything. It resets everything that prevents you from getting to the later areas, but it does not reset the ability to get past those areas.

So if you leave and come back, you literally can not get back to where you need to, because you have to redo all the within-mission goals to do so and the game refuses to allow you to redo those goals.

Dropping the mission and re-starting it does not fix the problem, it makes the same assumptions about what you have completed after the reacquire the mission.

Bump! I think I've run into this same issue. I left before finishing off Arcana, and now it has me locked into the earlier parts of the mission. Is there a portal someplace?
