What are some optimal heal builds or does stock ATs still do the best job?

    The highest output healers often run Iniquity and the Presence spec that returns health to you as you heal others. This can be combined with something like Bionic Shielding for truly massive healing output.

    I don't think any AT can do that.

    Here is a build I put together. Healer

    It is optimized for healing output, and also has some CC powers to help with Ape (heart control) and Eidolon (orb control). The focus is on single-target heals with Iniquity, so no energy unlock is needed, especially with Int SS.

    The build would NOT be good for leveling, since it is focused so heavily on healing.
