How do Unlock Bat Flight?

Playing as a vampire, turning into bats sounds fun, because, ya know, bats, but how is it unlocked?

    UNTIL Recognition. I do not remember how much you need, but it is a lot--750? 975?

    The vendor is in the purple and black Recognition building near Defender.

    By the way, this is a non-combat travel power (unless you are under water . . . ).

    WRONG! All Travel Powers were moved from Until/SCR Vendors to Questionite Store half a year now. Do better research next time

    Bat Flight is in Questionite Store for 250.000 Questionite

    By doing
    1. Alert Dailies (APB, Smash, Burst, Grab) which rotate each day
    2. Completing Adventure Packs/Cosmic Series,
    3. Completing Endgame (Cosmics, Eidolon of Destruction, Qliphothic Warzone Dailies and Teleios Ascendant)
    4. Completing Rampage alerts
    5. Buying Crates of Questionite from other players/Auction House (they come from Lockboxes and can be trade)

    Questionite has been a common farming currency years now since the On Alert update

    Silver Members can Refine max 8000 Questionite Ore​​

    When do they do these Rampages?

    Rampages unlock in lvl 35-40 and have increased difficulty compared to normal alerts
    there are 4 of them and rotate every 3 days (Gravitar, Fire and Ice, Sky Command and Lemuria Invansion)

    I have to warn you that Rampages are not as popular as they used to since they made open world Cosmics bosses the real endgame and they changed the Justice Gear token requirement​ (each rampage has a low chance to drop a special token required for Justice Gear in GCR/SCR store)​​

    You can also buy it for Zen on the Q exchange. Q currently tends to hover around 400 Q for 1 Zen, so it would cost you 600+ Zen.
