The Mind: Level 35 power question

I am silver account and while a page on the Mind lists 2 skills at 35 when I look at the list of skills you can "enhance" the level 35 only shows one skill, and it's not the one that summons. The whole reason I chose The Mind in the first place.

Do I get to choose between the two skills, and it's not listed, or is the webpage I read out of date?

Which webpage? Hero Creator 2 is up to date for making builds. No idea about anywhere else. As far as I know, the choice has always been between the summon and whatever the other thing is.​​

I made The Mind a while ago, and my memory is poor, if you hadn't mentioned the skills were listed in the character creation I would probably have never rememebered that was where I saw it. Not some webpage. Thanks reiwulf.
