The cosmic pass is happening! Well at least Eidelon at this point, so let's get that nicely tested.

Join the channel "PTS HQ" for communication purposes. Since it's likely unscheduled testing runs will occur, it'd be neat if everyone involved could use the PTS HQ channel to organize those so we have a centralized source of communication for those sorts of things.
