2 requests that will give all content replay value

I have 2 requests that would IMO give all game content replay value:
1) put a SCR and questionite box for sale in the UNTIL recognition vendor.
Why? All NPCs now have a chance to drop UNTIL tokens. By allowing people to buy end game currency with UNTIL tokens, even if the price is high-ish, it means all NPCs n the game now have replay value.
2) turn experience points into a type of currency after level 40.
After level 40 we still get/earn xp from missions/NPCs, but it serves no purpose. Create a new vendor that allows you to spend xp points for various items, including SCR/questionite boxes. Again, this gives all missions/NPCs replay value even after 40.

I like both ideas as they seem relatively simple and add value to older content.
