Best device for heal ?

i was wondering if someone can tell me what is the best healing device when in combat that gives you adittional HP over your original ?

    The devices you are awarded for completing Teleios Ascendant . . . name eludes me at the moment, are really quite good.

    Best device of all, however, is the one you can buy from the C-Store, since it doesn't (or didn't last time I used one) have a cooldown, and heals 100%.
