Okay after many things I have seen on CO? I felt it was time to open up a can of worms or in this case rub salt into old wounds here.

1: Ticket System
First off Perfectworld what the hell is this mother fucking ****? Your having issues that people CAN'T file a complaint because your too coward to answer? OH it's a glitch huh? THEN when you go to talk to Support chat we hear the following.......
A: "Those KIND of issues are meant to be filled out IN GAME."
Uh HELLO! In game ticket system doesn't work. OMFG PERFECTWORLD THATS FUCKING BRILLIANT!
B: "Our department doesn't handle those issues."
Okay so riddle, my **** and rub the **** off in the grass, BUTT how the hell if it can't be your damn issue when your Support and for some damn reason in game ticket system DOES NOT WORK!

Okay so here is another lovely **** stain that Perfectworld probably doesn't want made public. Yup "Instances"!
You know how it goes, one instance might be full, or perhaps your good friend might be on another instance. But low and behold you can transfer and why?
Because; NOPOSSIBLEMAPS! Well according to that lovely automated Admin that Perfectworld loves to use for Champions Online. In fact it happens to be IN ALL THEIR GAMES! Go to Club Caprice for instance, say you want to transfer, EHHHHHHH WRONG! Access denied baby! You know why?

THAT'S WHY!So it goes without saying any more that "another" embarrassing flaw has been found.
3: Lag/No Server Response
Remember those lovely times you play this MMO OR Star Trek Online for that matter? Then all of the sudden, you get that lovely red label title in game:
SERVER TIME RESPONSE!Oh yes folks I'm talking about THAT issue. The lovely Big Red that lets you know the server is fucked up and I mean worse than a Two Dollar Whore! For some reason like ticket system, AND also Instance transfer, they never fixed this fucked up piece of **** yet either. Your playing, it lags, then it crashes. Then you reboot, and finally okay it "might" work. Honestly Perfectworld it seems for living up to the title as "Perfectworld"; I'm surprised that even the players haven't start calling you "PoS Wierd". Cause to be honest? This is WAY below standards to be considered perfect. That would be in the following to be exact:
A: Game Mechanics
They're flawed.
B: Customer Support
Since half the time you don't do anything to improve upon your services at all.
C: Maintenance
Oh yeah, so much coding and so little time to work on it sure.
You know I think it's time to have a little fun. LOLZ!

BBB is a BUSINESS,it is not a bureau, it is not affiliated with the government(as bureaus normally are)
it has NO legal standing to provide ratings,
it's ratings mean nothing.
It has been repeatedly taken to court for it's pay up for a good rating.
So, who do we report BBB to first?
BTW, the CS ingame goes to a long queue including all the reports from NW and STO. And no they can't deal with everythign, only specific issues.

I've only had I think 2 out of 5 years which I was told to report as bugs and then they said post on forums.
Have you reported the 'Map not found" error in the bugs section?
Game mechanics- which in particular and have you reported the in the BUG section.
Server not responding- all 3 cryptic games are on one server. NOT PWE games.
You should see the CONSTANT lag I get from SWTOR,

obviously you think our 10 or less Devs are much better than the 40 plus working on the other 2 games.
after all they only have to deal with non annotated files, as opposed to the other 2 games and yet according to you, they don't get enough done.
well the current team is getting a lot more done than, than the previous teams back to before on alert in 2012
