Krampus ears should replace default ears

Currently the Krampus ears are placed atop the default ears, which clip through them in an unsightly way. This makes it sort of pointless (as far as I've been able to work with it) to use them on anything but the Krampus head, which begs the question of why they aren't just built into that model.

Having them replace the default ears and respect the size slider would allow us to have Krampus ears instead of normal ears, which I think would make a lot of folks happier with the purchase.

    That's nice to see. I would like to have been able to use the ears on any head (Arcane Tattoos, etc.) but having at least one normal head to use them on will be cool.
