This is probably my first attempt on making a pure healing /bubble FF build.

So let's get into it.

Focused on Vengeance AOE levelling Star Barrage and, Celestial Conduit for self heals and ally heals.

Might replace iniquity with Illumination for a AOE Healing power.
And iniquity drains your health so it might not be a good choice since i don't use con as my SS

Arcane Vit is a good alternative to Iniquity w/ Justice, since they are both AoE cone heals. Kept Rebuke in there for a 100ft heal (though Iniquity w/o Justice can also reach that far). Has a basic Sorc dps set to grind or fill downtime with. Gears mostly for Pres and Con.

Mindful Reinforcement is no longer viable? i see that the protection field is more popular in recent supp builds

Also are you sure Rebuke is a good option for supp healing? a lot of the times people tend to lose HP way faster than the time it takes to charge rebuke

Rebuke is mostly there for its 100ft range. If you want high-hps healing, then Iniquity is still very good for that, and self-less ally refunds much of the health cost.

MR is still a fine power for healing- most healers prob take PF cause it lasts upto 20 sec, but you can sub MR in there if you like its bubble/heal style more.
