Ebon Rift does not trigger Relentless Assault (Avenger tree)

As the title says, while you are maintaining Ebon Rift you do not get stacks of Relentless Assault and current stacks fall off.

Apparently Ebon Rift is not tagged as a Maintain?

    That's because it counts as Summon Entity and not a power linked directly to player
    You will also notice that it doesn't trigger Concentration/Chilled Form

    Awww. I did not notice since the Hero uses Compassion.... Do you know if the same applies to other "storm" maintains that last longer then their maintenance time?
