Crafting Skill Up +10 broken

Right clicking this item has no effect. The item remains in inventory and no crafting skill up is received.

    I'm having the same issue, but thought that it it may have had to do with receiving the skill up items before purchasing the first skill cap increase. Unfortunately, even after purchasing a skill cap increase from the trainer, right-clicking still doesn't work, and even though I've gained more skill up items since purchasing the skill cap increase, they still won't open. Has anyone had any luck getting these to actually work?

    Same issue here. Can't get it to work. Filled out a support ticket, will see what they say.
