PTS Character Transfer Page Indicates I Have No Characters

When I went to the page for transferring characters (http://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/co#~), this is what was displayed:

"You have no characters! Please visit this page again once you have created a character in game."

I am a new LTS member but already have 24 characters from playing since May 28, 2012 and have already transferred two dozens of the same characters to the PTS prior to today. The message was displayed after the new patch to the PTS on February 7, 2017.

This is an unfortunate bug that cropped up recently. It seems there are plans to fix it during this week's regular maintenance. Fingers crossed.
