Previously, Winter Action Figure missions have been available to be completed throughout the year.
The Toy-Master no longer offers the missions if you are holding WInter AF parts, and when one clicks on the Winter AF parts, an error message about the mission having additional requirements pops up. I suspect the mission change to include Winter Charms introduced a dependancy on the Winter Event being active.
Please consider making these missions available to take and complete throughout the year, as it has been in the past.
