Need help updating my lineup

Hello, I left a year and a half ago, and came back this month. Need some help updating my characters.

Generally, I'm aiming to retain the passive unless another one is better, example Way of the Warrior for the former Unleashed.
Would like to eventually have a toon with a passive from each powerset but now just aiming to update what I have.

I've been out of touch, so it is a pleasant surprise to see CO has so much update these past years.
Kindly help me with the following builds:

1) Archery DPS using Quarry
2) Heavy Weapon DPS with Unstoppable
3) Ice DPS with the new passive
4) Single Blade DPS with WotW
5) Darkness DPS minoring in healing (basically a freeform version of the void without pets)
6) Beastial DPS Tank with Regen
7) Might Tank with Defiance and UR
8) Laser Sword Tank with Invulnerability
9) Infernal DPS with Pestilence
10) Tech DPS
11) Dual Blades DPS
12) Munitions DPS

Hoping the tanks would do well against cosmic such as Gravitar or Frosticus, or the Monster Island Monsters.

(6) I've modified this build from another thread for a Regen bestial DPS Tank, would it work?

(In the future, when posting tons of builds at once, it could help to keep the link the HeroCreator in there so editing the posted builds doesn't mean you have to re-make them)

Going through them all quickly (so I may miss stuff here or there)..

The Bestial Regen tank build is fine in of itself, though Regen as a passive doesn't scale up to high-end content as well as Invuln or Defiance. You may want to consider getting Energy Shield + Laser Knight for the block if tackling harder content.

QStabilizer can work just fine for Particle-based PA, though it won't be as ideal for dps as something like Targeting Comp. It does give more consistent defense and some knock resist, though. For that build, I'd prob drop Ego SS for Con SS for more health, or Rec SS to help w/ energy (though it'd be a bit squishy)- or stick CoAP in there for energy that way (you'll prob only be able to use 2 attack toggles at once w/o it). Recon Circuits also will work w/ a toggle-based playstyle. I'd also consider taking Resurgence over Unbreakable for a non-tank.

For Infernal DPS, I'd now consider getting Mepthitc as the EU, adding in IBlast, and alternating between R3 IBlast and R3 Defile (since spamming Defile alone is costly, imo, and its not guaranteed to put up poison). The Wisp is also good for its ability to debuff instantly and from 100ft; either way, you want one of either the Wisp, or Lash w/ adv, or Condemn w/ adv for Debilitating Poison (Defile no longer applies it). I also prob wouldn't take DE in a ranged build, and you have a decent array of healing and defenses as is.

The Unleashed will still prob out-dps any Dual Blades FF, but I guess you wanted a sturdier version of it. The build itself is alright, though if ur taking the more defensive route to contrast the AT, I'd consider using Str PSS for Juggernaut's Defense (STR/Dex/Con, still Dex and Con focused), and Ego Surge w/ NM as the AO. Also, Blade Tempest can put up Shredded now, so I'd prob include that.

Like before, the Soldier AT will likely out-dps any FF build using AR and non-pistol Muni. Anyways, the build is alright for a solider-like FF build, though I'd switch Int SS for Dex SS for some more crit, and keep it Ego-focused. Burst Shot can add dps w/ its debuff, provided ur not trying to stay at ~100ft (which you may, depending on the fight).

You seem to like the BCR/RR + MD combo. That's alright, but just keep in mind that BCR has a 10% final dmg penalty.

Thanks for the feedback Flowcyto. Apologies for the the tons of text. I copied paste from Herocreator's Preview, Should have posted the export link I guess. Will do that in the future. Thanks for the advise.

Yes, you're right. MD and BCR/RR was in almost all my build. I've always been silver until this month when I went lifetime. Was only able to experiment with Freeform through the constraint of Freeform slots. Once I found that worked, I think I've put that in all my FF slots. Now that I'm lifetime, I'm open to trying out other stuff that's not MD+BCR. That also means I still do not have much experience with a lot of the powersets.

Ok, so Invul for the Bestial then plus a self activating shield.

I'll take TC then for the particle tech. Con instead of Ego, I can gear for Rec to around 70+. Ah, so RC activates for the chest slot while the hand and shoulder continues to fire? I didn't know that. Ok, will do that. And swap for Resurgence. Initially. I choose QS because I've never tried it before, guess I can put that on the planned Laser Sword build instead.

I think I may have seen you post an infernal build here somewhere, I didn't save the link so still have to look for it. Not familiar with all the new names mention, will attempt to build it though. So Dex/Con/Int is still ok?

Oh yes, I prefer sturdiness and self heals any time over AT DPS. A well build Freeform can solo much content most AT can't.

Ok, I'll go with Str as PSS for Dual blades. Why Ego Surge w/ NM for a melee build? Does the crit bonus outweight the added Ego which a melee doesn't use? Shred is for the bleed right?

So Ego/Con/Dex for munitions with focus on Ego. Burst Shot sound good against bosses. Usually stay at max range for mobs, then wait till the boss runs toward me. Ok, it's in.

By the way, I copied your fire build from elsewhere here. She feels like an AT in terms of damage output and is very survivable. I also saw your LS thread here somewhere, will have to look for it again.

Quick note about Ego Surge w/ NM: the reason you see it pop up in so many builds is not cause of the baseline power, but the special adv. It gives a flat crit bonus while ES is up, this bonus crit scales w/ Con, and it can be very large (esp for tanks that stack Con). Nimble Mind + Con SS makes Ego Surge the best burst dps AO by far atm.

The Infernal SN build looks fine, though you dun really need both Wisp and Condemn w/ adv since they give the same debuff. DEX/Int/Con works fine, though ur main stats wills till be Int and Con there, and taking Dex Mastery means you can skip gearing for Severity rating once you have it.

The Might growth tank is alright, though I'd put Challenge on Haymaker if ur using that more than Uppercut. Other option is to swap Uppercut for Demolish w/ adv for its debuff (and a non-KB knock to use on trash)- though that means ya lose the Enrage-stacking combo w/ Uppercut. Could also consider Warden + Vindicator for the specs, though Warden + Protector is fine.

Thanks for the explanation. So Ego Surge is the way to go for better crits. For the tank, I initially choose uppercut to prevent knockback in alerts, I'll give Demolish and the different spec a try. Just realized she does not have a block replacer, I'll swap out UR for a block. For ISN I'll go with Wisp then to save on adv. Thanks again. Always appreciate your feedback.

I am uncertain whether to include Ebon Ruin or Shadow Blast. In game SB says it is a debuff where as ER is a DoT and possible summon. Wasn't Ebon Ruin a debuff? Also I'm not certain if I have a reliable way to apply fear for the EU.

Here's how I'd build an Archery dps w/ Quarry:

    (Unnamed Build) - Freeform

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
    Level 10: Intelligence (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Glacier (Con: 10, End: 10, Dex: 8, Int: 10)
Level 6: Covert Ops Training (Str: 3, Dex: 3, Con: 3, Int: 3)
Level 9: Healthy Mind (Con: 5, Int: 5)
    Level 12: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
    Level 15: Coordinated (Dex: 5, Int: 5)
Level 18: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 21: Negotiator (Int: 5, Rec: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Strafe
Level 1: Sonic Arrow (Rank 2, Deadly Dissonance)
    Level 6: Quarry (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 8: Concentration
    Level 11: Hunter's Instinct
    Level 14: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Storm of Arrows (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 20: Torrent of Arrows (Rank 2, Relentless Recurve)
    Level 23: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 26: Explosive Arrow (Where's the Kaboom?)
Level 29: Ego Surge (Rank 2, Nimble Mind)
    Level 32: Retaliation (Rank 2)
Level 35: Evasive Maneuvers (Sleight of Mind, Stim Pack)
    Level 38: Rebirth
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (3/3)
    Dexterity: Power Swell (2/2)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: Find the Mark (2/3)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (2/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

Taps of Explosive Arrow w/ adv every 3-4 sec (for the delayed explosion) are optimal for single-target dps form the powerset (filler can be something else like Sonic Arrow, Straight Shot, Snap Shot, and/or Storm of Arrows- I personally like mixing Sonic and Storm cause they also AoE and Storm has more chances to proc the EU). Gears mostly for Int and Con, w/ Quarry giving some Ego. Other SS setups that could work here are EGO/Int/Con and INT/Dex/Con (or try and EGO/Dex/Con w/ Targeting Comp).

    -

For Darkness dps, ERuin doesn't have a Paranormal dmg debuff anymore. Instead SBlast has a Dimensional dmg debuff. Like w/ Infernal and Defile, I'd alternate between SBlast and R3 ERuin charges for Darkness to make energy more manageable (and still get the 1pt Fear adv on ERuin).

    -

The Single Blade FF looks alright, though it can prob exchange Rec SS for Con SS and get talents for Rec. Keep in mind that many basic combos are AoE classed now, so I'd prob get both Focused Strikes and Mass Destruction for builds using both an AoE and a single-target attack (ex. combo and Reaper's Embrace). Modified Gear only boosts Offense from items, so unless ur using certain gear sets w/ large Offense bonuses, its not gonna give much.

    -

Here's a HW dps that uses Annihilate w/ adv on bosses for the best dps that way:

    (Unnamed Build) - Freeform

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
    Level 15: Endurance (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Devastator (Con: 10, End: 8, Str: 10, Rec: 10)
Level 6: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)
    Level 9: Bodybuilder (Str: 5, End: 5)
Level 12: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)
Level 15: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 18: Relentless (Str: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 21: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Bludgeon
Level 1: Eruption (Rank 2, Magma Burst)
    Level 6: Unstoppable (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 8: Enrage (Endorphin Rush)
    Level 11: Thermal Reverberation
Level 14: Arc of Ruin (No Quarter, Wildfire)
    Level 17: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 20: Annihilate (Rank 2, Scorching Blade)
Level 23: Vicious Descent (Relentless, Work Up)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 29: Guard
Level 32: Ego Surge (Nimble Mind)
    Level 35: Rebirth
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 30/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (2/3)
    Strength: Overpower (1/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Elusive (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

If trash KBs are an issue, you can always use Arc charges and Eruption until they build up 3x resistance. Arc can be tapped for its debuff otherwise, and Vicious Decent + Eruption can keep up Reckless. Last power can be w/e. Gears mostly for Str and Con.

    -

I wouldn't really bother w/ Shatter for Ice, and just focus on building up 3x Chill and using Ice Spear for single targets (Avalanche and FBreath for AoE). Would also prob use Ego PSS over Dex just to help w/ energy more, since 6th Sense already boosts crit w/o needing Dex SS (no Dex Mastery means you'd gear for severity rating, though).

    -

Finally, the LS build from me was one of the more basic ones. Should work pretty well w/ decent enough gear.

Again, thanks Flowcyto for your many feedback. I just gave the Heavy Weapons build a try at the PH, she feels very sturdy for a melee DPS and the damage output is surprisingly good.

For Archery, will give the other options a try though I'm leaning toward Dex/Int/Con as her gears already reflect the stat because I geared for Con as an AT and also because of Expose Weakness.

Ok, For Darkness, I took out shadow shroud, swapped MD for Resurgence and added SB.

    Level 1: Shadow Bolt
Level 1: Shadow Embrace (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Shadow Form (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 8: Lifedrain (Rank 2, Vampiric Sympathy)
    Level 11: Spirit Reverberation
Level 14: Ebon Void (Rank 2, Voracious Darkness)
    Level 17: Concentration
    Level 20: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Ego Surge (Nimble Mind)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 29: Planar Fracture (Rank 2, Double Vortex)
Level 32: Ebon Ruin (Rank 2, Rank 3, Nyctophobia)
    Level 35: Shadow Blast
    Level 38: Rebirth
    Adv. Points: 36/36

I hear you, forgot to add in Con on the Single Blade. ok, so crits over minimal gears.

Will take Ego/Con/End for Ice then. How does this look?

    Level 1: Ice Shards
Level 1: Ice Blast (Hard Frost, Frost Bite)
Level 6: Frost Breath (Rank 2, Frost Bite)
Level 8: Ice Form (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 11: Chilled Form
    Level 14: Icy Embrace
Level 17: Icicle Spear (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 20: Avalanche (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Force Shield (Rank 2, Rank 3, Force Sheathe)
Level 26: Ego Surge (Nimble Mind)
    Level 29: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 32: Unbreakable (Rank 2)
    Level 35: Masterful Dodge
    Level 38: Rebirth

For now, I like a toon with an easy learning curve, I'll experiment more as I try out more build and concepts in the future. :)

By the way, what do you usually do when changing the mods on gears, do you just overwrite the existing mods or take them out first? Or is it better to just get more basic gears? Because that's a lot of gears/mod for me to change. Initially I usually use Heroics or Mercenary with rank 5 mods, my later toons however use the basic green gears with rank 4 mods.

Mods rank 4-5 and below are pretty cheap, usually. You have use Q to remove mods above rank 4. I usually only do that to save rank 7+ mods (unless maybe its a rank 6 Con or something), but ymmv.

Both builds look okay, though I'd prob rank up SBlast at least once for the Darkness one. Can drop r2 from Planar Fracture and/or the block for that.

@flowcyto, I've enjoyed playing the Heavy Weapons DPS you recommended. I have a Heavy Weapon tank but her powers feel lacking in synergy as it takes a while to build up enrage stack. And she receives -20% damage because of Laser Knight and BCR/RR. This is what she looks like.

Did not include an EU as was thinking that Defiant passive would supply energy when hit.

That could work, provided ur gear is good (mostly stacking Con w/ a Defiance + Juggernaut + ES/NM build) and you have decent support at the high-end. May want to keep the ideal of getting Laser Knight adv open if you find you want to be a bit tankier (ofc, at the cost of some dps). W/o Defiance energy (say if you were to sue a diff passive), I may replace UR for Thermal Reverb. Could also consider something like CoPD, or an enemy dmg debuff.

You raise a good point, I've always felt more at ease with Laser Knight on against a cosmic. So it goes back in then. I had first thought of taking Invulnerability but that cost 4 advantage points which I found difficult to spare. Thermal Reverb is a good fit for this toon though, could probably trade rebirth for it and use TR devices. MSA could probably work too. Good idea on the debuff, I can use Radion's Revenge without having to give up a power slot.

I was more thinking of putting Energy Shield last and make a normal rank and/or Laser Knight the last thing trained, so if you decide to retain in or out of it, the cost wouldn't be too much. Laser Knight has its melee dmg penalty always on as long as its slotted.

EUs are good, but here if you've got enough energy w/ Defiance and Enrage, then it'd mostly just be for if/when you aren't getting hit reliably (though that could signal to other problems).

Good idea. I can do that with the LK. I think I understand what you mean. Ok, will also take rebirth as next to the last power in case I need to retrain it out for an EU. Will take 4 Con + 2 Str mod for her. Also would a 3/3 Juggernaut be better for her as a tank?

Looking at her powers, this toon has a lot of synergy. VD applies reckless and + offence (which goes into the Wardicator loop). AoR applies Disorient (100% on a full charge). Eruption refreshes Reckless and add a +15% damage against Disoriented target. When we get to Annihilate, the earlier powers have already set up bonuses for this ST attack, also 3 KB powers have been used so no more KB with Annihilate.

If ever, what debuff powers would you recommend for this? UR isn't necessary for this build and could be swapped out.

Well, you already have Arc's debuff for dps/threat, and Disorient + Reckless + Work Up + Endorphin Rush. If you want to trade more dps for defenses or heals then other options are powers that Fear or Jinx, CoPD, a healing rune, Shadow Of Doubt, Mini Drive, Nanobot Swarm, Unbreakable or Ice Barrier, Fractal Aegis, and prob a few others I'm forgetting atm.

And yea, 3/3 Juggernaut is better defensively here. I'd consider Overpower more for Str-stacking melee dps builds.

I changed the technology particle dps into a tank. REC is at 95. He can fire off two attacks from equilibruim. Only tested in Powerhouse so there's no one else to steal aggro. Would he work well in live? Also is RC and Resurgence enough as heals?

This build is based on Selphea's 100% Dodge Lightning Reflexes on a budget. Now that Steadfast is available, would that be a better EU over MSA? Since I can take Str in place of INT as a SS to increase damage.

The 2nd 100% dodge build will be a bit better melee dps w/ Str SS, sure, but not by a large amount. 100% dodge builds still have to contend w/ BCR and Elusive Monk's dmg penalties, and have somewhat low-dps attacks that are required to upkeep that dodge.

As for the PA build- it'll be a bit knock prone as is, and I kinda doubt ur ability to use 3 toggle attacks constantly w/o CoAP or Defiance. For PA tanks, I'd prob get Micro Muni w/ Challenge for AoE threat tagging, since its the only PA toggle w/ a 15ft sphere. For the other slots (obv still want Circuits for a healing option), keep in mind that although the other attacks tick rapidly, Hand Cannon and/or Shoulder Launcher cost significantly less energy overall (though their dps is back-ended). You could try mixing Shoulder Launcher w/ Concussor Beam (or Wrist Rockets), or Eye Beam_MiniGun + Hand Cannon, and keep Micro Muni for AoE (or if you somehow have a vast storage of energy to add to the other 2 slots). Defensively, you have 3 ADs as backup, so it'll prob be okay there.

Thanks for your feedback. I won't bother retconning the dodge build then.

You are right about the cost, this build runs out of energy fast. I forgot about CoAP, thanks for mentioning that I can swap Implosion Engine out for that. I already have a Munitions PA Quarry DPS that uses Micro Munitions and Mini Gun (which I'll update next), so wanted to try something different here. Good point about the threat tagging. I thought I may just need to hit first from 100 feet, that would bring the rest of the mob running toward my toon and in line with the beam's challenge. But having to set up CoAP means a slight delay in which other players may attack first. Hm.. for alerts, this probably isn't essential and for end game content, most players know enough to let the tanks go first. I would like to maintain the beam flavor of this toon so may have to sacrifice the mob tagging aspect. Will have to think about this though, thanks for bringing this up.

Yeah, its one other issue I have w/ toggle-based PA atm- w/o Micro Muni its AoE coverage is pretty spotty. The beam/cylinder approach can still work fine, esp if you funnel stuff from long-range, but you then just have to get in the habit of moving around pretty often to tag stuff.

Yeah, have to line up the targets first, can feel cumbersome after a while but I guess will just have to get used to it. Thanks for confirming this could still work.

By the way, I saw that there's steadfast and Relentless EU available for Martial Arts, will both work with Dual Swords, Single Blade, Fighting Claw and Unarmed? I've took Steadfast for all 3 of my Martial Arts type toon and am wondering if I should have taken Relentless for the Single and Dual Blades characters?

Steadfast is imo the best EU for MA since it allows you to focus even more on Dex/crit, whereas Relentless would split ur toggle and EU scaling between Dex and End. Relentless is prob better for builds using attacks from diverse powersets outside of just MA, but still employing Bleed/Shredded in some way (and prob Dex SS so ur crit is a bit better, though ya can get decent crit% w/o Dex SS).

So Relentless works better for mix powersets with Bleeds/Shreded. Ok, got it. Thanks for the explanation. I'll leave the 3 toons as is then. Yeah, some of my primary SS Ego toons seem to have decent crit % with gears even without Dex SS.

This is a Munitions PA toon using Quarry based on Pulsewave's Gyrojet. She worked pretty well and could even tank bosses in Alerts. However, with harder hitting bosses coming out, I've swapped out Ego for Con and added Rank 2 to ES and and BCR. I've tried using RC but BCR/RR seem to work better with her. Also swapped out Tactical Missiles for DWRB. She can do two maintain from Equilibrium without problem. I doubt she can do three simultaneously though without taking CoAP, which I don't want to for this toon. Any suggestions for improvement are welcome.

Did you mean to take the Infrared adv instead of Accel Metab? Accepting that you can prob only use 2 toggles at a time max, its fine for a Quarry PA build. I may replace r1 Unbreakable for R2 Resurgence- taking ranks from LnL or Sonic Device for it. Also would prob take Mass Destruction in Vind over Mod Gear or Rush of Battle. Also, I'd take Expertise over Tinkering in Int PSS, and max Enlightened over Tactician (though it's not a huge diff either way, Enlightened will boost returns from Audacity's Ego and any Dex you get on the side).

Ego Surge and a lunge both sounds good, may swap out Defiance to include both.

AM was in the original build, I think that helped with firing off two full maintains from equilibrium, will have to test that again at PH. Resurgence sounds good, will give that a try.

I haven't made changes to the specs, they are from the original build. I think the tactician, tinkering, fortified gear, modified gear, best defense and aggressive stance all work with locus so that once locus erupts, the results feeds into the aggresive stance loop to increase all offense and defense, that+Phalanx+Quarry's Dodge bonus all contribute to making this toon surprisingly durable even without Con SS. Mass Destruction would be better than Rush of Battle too. I'll give you're recommendation a try and see how it goes.

I tried the spec you mentioned for the PA Munitions and I must say, I'm impressed. For some reason, it kills the enemies much, much faster than the old build. It seems crits are much better than offense.

Offense is decent for dps, its just that it diminishes pretty harshly once ya have Ward_Guardicator specs billowing it up already. Crit/Dex also diminish, though it usually takes Dex SS and good gear to get it high in the DR as is.

Thanks for recommending that! Thanks as well for recommending the Infrared Guidance adv, it's much better than AM.

I'm finalizing my Infernal build and saw Life Essence, took that instead of Defile. Dropped BCR/RR as well to remove the damage penalty. Life Essense feels kind of like Defile+BCR/RR rolled into one. The advantage does not seem to proc the EU as I easily run out of energy on a less than full bar. Would Life Essence still a viable option over Defile?

There's an extra power slot I'm not sure what to put in. I took Invul because I had my first run at the QWZ today on my munitions DPS and it was tough.

She's currently Dex/Con/Int, was wondering if Ego/Con/Dex or Dex/Con Ego would be a better option.

Defile and Life Essence don't fill the same role, really, so I wouldn't use one as a replacement for the other. You can have both in ur build though, if ya want. LE is decent as a heal w/ a mild dmg adv, but its easier to use w/ Supernatural Power, yet SP isn't as good of an EU for heavy Defile use, and yet dropping Defiles axes your biggest single target attack. I suppose if ur sticking w/ LE and using IBlast instead of Defile, then you can prob switch to Supernatural Power and be alright for energy. There's multiple ways to play Infernal effectively, so it's up to you.

Hm.. tough choices. Perhaps I can take both and drop invul. Will stick to Mephitic then if that's better for Defile. From what you said, it feels like LE isn't necessary for this build so will take it last. Will test out both options now that transfer to PTS is back up. Thanks again Flow, I really appreciate all your inputs. My toons come together more synergistic with your insights.

This toon was my former Master AT. I'm retaining the Lightning Reflex passive but with the goal of covering LR's weaknesses. As such, have Laser Knight and Str PS with Brutality and Juggernaut for more defense along with Armadillo Secondaries. Took Brawler Specs to make up for LK and BCR/RR's penalty. What do you think?

You're right about the Infernal toon's powers. Alternating between IB and Defile works much better and have no energy issues. And it can allow me to stay at maximum range too. Thanks for pointing that out.

As far as he Master replacement build, I may just stick to Wardicator. Brawler is good for melee dps, but it is a step back defense-wise. If you can stomach the theme break and want more dps, you could add a Crushing debuff like a tap of Burst Shot (can use invis weapons to hide the guns), or maybe tap Arc of Ruin w/ its debuff. I may also just use Shuriken Storm w/ its dodge adv for AoE- mostly cause its AoE reach is much larger than something like 100Hands. But its up to you, the build itself is pretty solid.

Wow, coming from you, that's quite a compliment. :)

Was hoping to retain a speedster build, will give your recommendations a try. Don't have invisible weapons yet, though I think I still have a Radion's Revenge somewhere, can use that as a debuff without taking a powerslot. Never though RR would come in handy before. Thanks!

I gave Shuriken Storm a try, and it is indeed much better than 100 hands, but in the end I settled on 100 hands for theme. Will look out for the foxbat event this April to try to get the Invisible weapon you mentioned.

Also went through your theme tanks build, and wished afterwards I had read them before I retconned my tanks. Nevertheless, It was good to have gotten your feedback for my builds. They play much smoother overall.
