Do you really need all of CoAP, DT, and MSA for this build? Seems a bit excessive given that the build isn't really using energy-heavy attacks as is. Also wondering what role you plan on being in- as is its kinda more dps focused if its using an offensive passive. Do you want to be a hybrid w/ something like AoED? Do you want to be more of a formal healer?

Here's a general Lifedrain + Conduit Support, though it can also be a Hybrid dps w/ some support (and ofc a diff passives can be used instead):

she runs in Hybrid role... she's meant to be a Hybrid DPS/Support with a main focus on DPS. At least with leveling gear, she does need CoAP, MSA, and DT to keep up with the energy cost of Lifedrain. I swear that power costs 2x what it states... I don't have anywhere close to as much energy trouble with my characters who use Life Essence which has the same stated cost... for them simply having Int and an EU works just fine. Energy has been the #1 problem I've had with her build for a few years now... honestly I would like to trade out CoAP for CoRG but not sure if that will be possible given how her energy just seems to vanish as soon as I start maintaining Lifedrain...

Regarding her passive, I actually intend to keep Shadowform. I want her to be competent as a healer, but her main focus is DPS, and the bulk of her healing is from attacking.

When you say leveling gear, I have to assume you mean lowbie gear w/o great stat totals (compared to decent max lvl stuff) and/or heirlooms that don't give cost discount rating. Neither is going to lead to good energy management, usually.

You may want to consider AoED if ur still using the Hybrid role and want a dps focus, since ur still using Pres SS anyways and the aura can benefit allies.
