Prioritize Missions based on Location

It would be nice if we could prioritize missions based on location. They're already separated based on location so why not allow us to make all missions in Canada primary? Or Vibora Bay? You get the idea. It would be a lot more convenient than having to hide and unhide missions in all locations other than the one I'm currently in, which is typically what I end up doing.

    That whole crime computer and contacts needs a BIG QoL update.
