Fire Aura: Chestwear doesn't activate if Earth Form aura is already active

So I just got Fire Aura: Chestwear for one of my characters today to complete her look... however, an issue turned up when I put it on that I've never seen happen before... If I have Earth Form aura slotted when I slot Fire Aura: Chestwear it will not activate, but if I slot Earth Form aura after it then it works just fine. However, that doesn't completely solve the issue, anytime I go through a loading screen it will disable Fire Aura: Chestwear because Earth Form aura is already active.

Please fix this...
