Power Armor Energy Issues

Power Armor toggles that aren't Dual Wrist Rocket Barrage or Concussor Beam cost way too much energy.

If this was the "solution" to some exploit or another, it's been done completely wrong, especially when combined witht he Intelligence nerf.

    Take Overdrive. Stack End and Int. I'm convinced that the changes were made because they don't WANT you to run three toggles at once with impunity.

    Hell, I make it work running dex/con/end using overdrive and some basic merc tier cost discount stuff.

    Yeah some things are broken... no I don't use/abuse them.. where would be the fun in that?

    It doesn't anymore. The best option if you run PA - is usage of Circle of Arcane Power.
