You summon a massive missile launcher and use it to bombard foes in a 20 foot aoe up to 100 feet away.
Hits multiple times over a duration of 2-4 seconds.

Something like that picture was in mind when l first made mah first FF (Main). Like always-idling, extremely given to pleasures loitress, not suited for combat at all, but with army of different devices and robots, and time-to-time throwing some blaster shots somewhere at direction of presumbable enemy. Devs screwed that by removing Strafing Run once, and Their Imperial Majesty doesn't've proper AoE now, thanks to plasma beam changes.

Well, the Davy Crockett could only reliably get the warhead within a few hundred feet the intended target. And it instantly killed everything in a 500-foot radius. And then everything within 1,200 feet died slowly over the course of the next few weeks. And, of course, it killed allies and bystanders just as readily as enemies. So, yes, this sounds like a hilarious weapon to chuck at mobsters on a crowded city street.
