So after spending so long trying to come up with an UNTIL build that isn't just Munitions or Power Armor, I realized I haven't tried Gadgets for a damage build yet. There's also the on-next-hit powers I haven't tried yet so that's new for me to try. I would even be able to try Orbital Cannon and Strafing Run. Orbital Cannon might be a bit overkill for what's supposed to be an UNTIL soldier but this particular one is a loose screw. There are quite some rough edges with this build to smooth out. I have no AoEs till level 20 due to the high requirements for those I do have. Also the AoEs I have suffer from long cooldowns. Hopefully trash mobs ain't much of an issue with Pulse Beam Rifle alone. Recovery instead of Endurance here seems to insure in most cases I can not worry about running out of energy. Ego Surge might be the better option here instead of Lock N Load with a tech justification. Does Nanobot Swarm w/ Rejuvenating Injectors make a good self heal? Currently my build lacks one. Smoke Grenade w/ Escape Artist is for a themed threat wipe. I don't know of a good themed AD for an UNTIL not in Power Armor.

This build could prob work using MSA w/ Int SS instead of OD w/ Rec_End SS, but as is it should function alright (barring the lack of spam-able AoE).
Oh, and I'd prob get R3 of PBR, since some of FIE's random debuffs can increase enemy dmgRes (last I checked).

Also if some teammate sees bullets outta gun of mah Main - that means that teammate will fall to hell deeps after death, where all demons will smash and burn their most delicate organs, and then smash/burn, smash/burn, rinse repeat... l'm not 100% sure, but it's possible. l wish l could remove teammates ENTIRELY from my game, l know that will be eventually. Just like silver tinting.
No matter how Raygun Spray is #BUKT but it costs almost no energy, and is totally spammable, yet a bit weak AoE, but AoE's'ren't (yah l did it - word with 3 apostrophes) have to be strong, it's just add cannon. No one's access to that power except my Main though. But l'm pretty set with it now & farming presents w it, although pity a bit Eternal Souls of accidently met mates, which're in aforementioned danger.
