Screen Flickering on New Laptop

I just installed Champions Online on my new laptop, and the screen keeps flickering and has random visual static. The flickering takes the form of horizontal bands. This is only happening on the active game screen. What settings do I need to change to fix this? I have no idea. The laptop has 16GB RAM, a NVIDIA GTX 960M Graphics Card with 4GB dedicated VRAM. The display is 4K UHD, but I've set it to 1920 x 1080 60 Hz so that everything stays visible.
