Cloak of infinite planes

This one is simple, the rune blade from the cloak of infinite planes, be made into a Martial blade and Heavy weapon skin unlock..

Yeah some things are broken... no I don't use/abuse them.. where would be the fun in that?

    I think this was finally done. Check the new Broadsword weapon skin on PTS.
    It looks nearly the same (maybe completely the same), I am not sure.

    It's available in MA and HW versions.

    wasn't on pts when i orgional suggested it.. sooo
