Just a few spitball ideas for the two "sniper" powers

1: Make focus shot basically a 1:1 copy of sniper rifle
2: make focus shot and sniper rifle into ulitmates, and up their range to 150ft
3: Change the aoe advantage from cylinder to sphere

If that's ultimates that mean they'll have 1:30 cooldown, which'll render them basically useless.

or they could have a 10 second CD, with their charge time increased to 8 seconds [with a slight damage buff to composiate]
or they could not have any CD, but in exchange have no damage buff from what they are now [just the range increase]
or they could have their damage massivly buffed and give them the full 90 second CD

lightsauce

damage is the same, charge increase by 1sec, ##% of penetration, always hit a critical and with 1min 30sec cooldown.
