The issue isn't your lack of healing [any sneti-tank worth their salt gets ~1K per tick outta the mastery] its your damage resistance... in other words
you need more tank in your tank.

In general, the solution to someone doing more DPS than a sentinel tank can deal with is not heals -- it's blocking, active defenses, or disrupting your opponent's ability to dps you.

I already have defiance and a little over 370 something defense. I'm not really sure how to get much more damage resist than that outside of going wardicator, but I don't want to do that. Would having a second active defense help?

I usually seem to survive pretty well in pvp against both melee and ranged players so my chance of surviving can't be that low. I actually survive better now than I did when I used wardicator, and the times I have died in pvp with this build looked like pretty close fights to me. I already had some debuffs and I made a few changes today but I haven't tested them in pvp yet.
