If its for leveling, then you'd want to pickup Conflag early on- as its ur main dps attack after you put up UA w/ Fireball. Firestrike is also rather weak and not really needed, and you took two toggles (Conc and Chilled Form) when you only need one. The recent Fire Tank topic we have here can cover most of what ya want, though you'd obv skip on challenge advs and may use a diff role or passive.
