Since the Introduction of Arcane Flight, using normal flight while blocking with a shield which use both hands (example: Wind Shield, Force Shield, Eldtrich shield) cause the normal flight to get the Arcane animation, with the shield merging with your character's body
The Arcane flight isn't so bright it self, it breaks the shields animation and shows the shield around your waist
