"Balance" Advantage on Seraphim is broken.

The "Balance" Advantage that is supposed to give it PBAOE damage and increase its healing output only helps the healing and does no damage whatsoever.

Also I am really uncertain if Holy Water's Secondary Effects on Illuminated targets are really working. It looks like they are not.

    I'm pretty sure balance was changed awhile ago due to it automagically putting people in combat around OnSlaught Villains. I forget what it does now, but I guess we can't just read the tool tip to find out.​​

    It still says in its description that it deals damage to everything within 25 feet of your character but it does not actually do this.
