Simply put, mind link is terrible for the energy cost and "ultimate" stats it has... so I've been mulling it over, poking it, testing it and now I've got an idea on how to make it, well, better.
First off, change the scaling to be EGO or PRE whichever is higher [it's a supporting ult for benefiting a team, aka a healer thing, healers use PRE]
Secondly, make the damage done from taking hits be calculated before resistances and mitigation are applied, not afterwards.
Third, Change the mechanics so that every ally in range [10 max] Deals a second hit for every attack they do, damage on second hit being based on your EGO/PRE X3/6/9 [rank dependent].
I'm aware that doing these would make it potentially quite strong as well as being a somewhat annoying/finiky task.. but on the flip side it's an ult with a rather hefty energy cost that benefits your team more than you [although in it's current state the benefit to the team is far too small to bother with] and this would bring it up to speed...plus it's not like I'm asking you to do something stupid like put all FFs onto the AT DR scale [As awesome as that would be, I know it would be a disaster for balance]
