Cyrillic in chat

Hello there. I play CO for a long time already and even have a lifetime sub... I enjoy this game - both normal content and RP in it. Yes, CO is an awesome base for roleplay(customization, powers, etc) and it works out well... For english-speaking players. I am from Russia, but I know english language enough to roleplay, not just do the usual MMORPG thing(understand the quests, skills, etc). But I also know a lot of Russian roleplayers who would also enjoy the game... If only there was Russian language. [u]No, I'm not asking the 100% translation of all the UI, quest, etc, no[/u]. I am talking about adding cyrillic in chat... Just like in Star Trek Online. So Russian players could also join the community, not only those who know english enough. So we could also roleplay in our groups in Russian language without the need to use some side-programs for typing out the roleplay stuff(like skype or whatever). This could bring a new income of players. For example, in STO there are a lot of players from Russia. Even some who DON'T really know english much, but other players(who are skilled enough) explain stuff to them - skills, quests, everything. In-game.

Well... You get the idea. Would be cool to see this some day.

Btw: some of UTF-8 characters maybe put to commandaliases.txt file, then be used as bind

It requires hexadecimal editor to put them there though. File only recognized in ANSI format.
