Onslaught vendor

Could I suggest that the Teleios/clone in the rec house provide the quests related to OV stuff as well as the store? It quickly becomes irritating having to run deep into the city to pick up and finish quests from him.

    I agree. Its weird that the one in the recognition store doesn't provide the onslaught villain quests, yet he's there.

    I would like to be able to turn in missions, but I dunno about getting missions. I would hate for the spawning into rencen area to be even more of the go-to for OVs.

    OV revamp is needed in general though.

    Idk, It's not like NOT having it in RC has at all prevented that.
