Since Sigils are currently getting "some" love and we will get new elemental-themed sigils in the future (Fire and Electric)
The Elementalist in me wants more variations
ICE SIGILS
- Summons 5 Ice Elemental Sigils
- Deal COLD Damage
- Apply CHILL
- Chance to create Ice Objects
- The sigils can be exploded by Shatter to deal additional damage
thanks to CHILL Movement slowdown, this would be the Offensive counterpart of Sigils of Ebon Weakness
In generals, despite ICE powerframe got recently "revamped" and we got a new AT, it still lacking on some aspects
POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds! Running out of Unique FF builds due to the lack of updates and synergies! Playing since 1 February 2011 128 + Characters (21 ATs, 107 FFs) ALTitis for Life!
Don't forget other elemental sigils, think they could apply or a chance to apply the associated Debuffs. Fire - Clinging Flames. Ice - Chill/Ice Cage Electric - Negative Ions Earth - Stagger Wind - Repel/Disorient Force - Knock Poison - Deadly Poison Darkness - Fear Light - Illumination Psionic - Paralyse/Stun/Slow Life - Burst heal to you and teammates that sigils explode on. Death - Life Drain to you that sigils proxy siphon. Magic - Hexed/Jinxed Nanites(Tech) - Bleeds via DoT AoE Cloud

This would be awesome. Can we have all of them out as once..... I don't think so, unless you want to be The Sigil
With the word ice in all caps, it sounds more like a Gadget power... you know ICE-Intrusion Countermeasures Electronics...possibly a Gadgeteering Block replacer...with an advantage to reflect incoming damage back at the target...
I've always sort of wanted there to be an ice version of Ebon Sigils, because they actually snare/slow enemies, just like "Chill" does and makes them weaker, just like being in very cold temperatures would do.
Perhaps an "ice skin" for ebon sigils at least if they can't make an offensive ice version?
