so I was trying to unlock this piece (luchador costume) but I cant find the actual contact of the mission its needed to unlock it, just vendors, I had that mission completed on another toon but even then I couldnt finish it, because I think the contact is missing

    problem solved. Canada
    Next to the Tailor, the Hero games fan. Level 10 mission.The symbol doesn't show above his head
    , you just have to talk to him. This is also listed in the wikia as the contact

    Hand in to Dominique Ducard is the guard in center of three near helicopter pad in MIl city.

    uh... the mission is stuck on "Return to hero games promoter in MC" but there are only vendors, cant find the contact
    no one has the rewards
    PD: Dominique doesnt have the rewards -w-

    the contact is in the same area where those two foxbat missions you get from julie morgan involving retrieving comics and rescuing two comic book creators (a writer and artist) take place​​

    they are just vendors, they doesnt have the mission, or the reward actually

    go to MC with the hero games promoter, but it doesnt even appear the arrow on my head, and none of the vendors in MC or westside has them
    someone go and test it out, check if im not the only one with this problem

    what text is displayed in the quest list? Some missions will tell you if you're not in the right zone.

    it appears just that when im in MC "return to a hero games promoter blablabla.."

    Hey I remember that conversation about Mechanon being racist! :p Hmm 22:28... you must live on east coast. :)

    At any rate, proper documentation is good. Now the devs can see exactly what is wrong. :)

Regretfully, we don't have a resolution for the issue at this time.     so this is a unreported game bug...
    I mean the hero games are abandoned AF and all that but cmon, no one reported this???
