This advantage makes Accelerated Metabolism look good by comparison, and the reason is simple; the internal cooldown.

The reason it was given an internal cooldown was to limit the amount of healing people could receive from it. However, there is a much simpler solution: instead of putting a cooldown on it, put a cap on the amount of healing it can grant within a given time period. That would allow it to serve its purpose, without rendering it completely useless.

The internal cooldown itself isn't much of an issue. The advantage's biggest hurdle is that the healing it offers is too low for the advantage points you'd put into it. Making that heal sharing more viable is what the advantage needs. For example, the healing offering by GotS is 5% for each of your Focus stacks with an internal cooldown of 5 seconds.
