Never mind, tursn out i needed to retcon fluidity and retake it and it works as intended.
In all things, a calm heart must prevail.

Yeah some things are broken... no I don't use/abuse them.. where would be the fun in that?

    Just tested and fluidity is working properly for powers that check for block (tested against teleiosaurus).
    Do you mean the block doesn't give standard resistance bonuses?​​

    No, I mean i went up to the teleisouarus on PTS, poked it, held block [with fluidity equiped] and every hit it did, including the breath attack read as "dodge" without the "blocked" marker.. and when the breath hit me.. despite having 101% dodge while maintaining it [r9 dodge mods in dodge gear with dodge device] i still took the damage increased per tick debuff as well...

    ran to TA, poked medusa, bubble fired.. went splat despite blocking from the beginning of the bubble.

    in other words, it was almost as if i didn't block at all.
