Release Notes 8/18/2016

ZEN Store

• Added Loyal Harajuku girls to the ZEN store. This permanent sidekick also comes with the Harajuku gear costume unlock which includes the Waist Bag leg accessory, the Bat-Wing Scythe heavy weapon skin and the Harajuku heavy machine gun weapon skin.
• The Bat-Wing Scythe and Harajuku heavy machine gun weapon skins have been removed from the temporary Harajuku sidekick ZEN Store item. Players who previously unlocked these costumes will not be affected.

FX Changes

• Corrected the water balloon fx to not display a grey square on impact.
• Toned down the FX on the Singularity Bomb vehicle power.
• Toned down the sphere fx portion of the Gravity Pulse vehicle power.
• Fixed a bug where the molten floor Hydra summons didn't color change properly.
• Toned down the sound on Soul Vortex.
• Condemn, Vengeance, Cave In, and TK Spear no longer scale to target.

Harajuku Twins sidekick changes

• Increased their HP a bit. Rin is slightly tougher than Shizuko.
• Adjusted their attacks so their damage is a bit more consistent.
• Rin can now apply Stagger with her heavy weapon attacks.
• Rin's Bludgeon attack is now a cone.
• Shizuko can now apply bleeds with her munitions attacks.
• Shizuko's hold now targets enemies instead of it being a pbaoe.
• Shizuko's damage debuff now applies to her primary target instead of a random one.

Power/Device Changes

• Fixed a bug where Chilled Form wasn't giving you multiple stacks when ranked.
• Hydra should no longer have collision.
• Fixed a bug where the Chained Kunai power didn't scale in cost with charge.
• Sidekicks now have extra resistance towards damage over time effects.

Misc

• Changed the Aurora Aura item so it cannot be equipped multiple times. This aura's effect could never stack, but this change is being made to address a bug with the aura vanishing when coloring it.

Are the twins Bound to Character or Bound to Account and do I have to Equip them to get the bag?

I haven't bought any loyal sidekicks yet so I don't know how they have been implemented.

All loyal sidekicks are bind to character on equip.

If you purchase the Loyal Harajuku Twins you'll receive the sidekick device and a separate costume unlock item that contains the waist bag and weapon skin unlocks.​​

Are these pieces unlockable for male toon as well? What about the emote that they have which is also female only?

Thank you for the permanent Harajuku Sidekicks and for buffing them and all other sidekicks as well! I was hoping that there would be a sound FX fix on the Rain Aura; hopefully that will be addressed for the next patch.

Did Chilled Form stop taking it's initial energy cost once every second? It was making the Icicle AT neigh unplayable due to constant energy drop mid-combat.
