Ok so this is really a minor problem really and will only affect a select few but I can't be the only person whom this affects.
I love super hero games.... CoX (R.I.P), DCUO and Champions and all games have given me the same problem. I Cannot choose the right colours when making a character xD! I am very colour blind and it is a struggle looking at the pallete knowing what colour I want... but it being a gamble between... well is this yellow or green? green or brown? blue or purple? pink or red? I cannot tell the difference at all and I try and choose the colours logically given where they are on the pallette but as I simply cannot get it right.99%
So I was wondering albeit somewhat very late in the games life and unsure whether the dev tools for this sort of thing could even be done now... just some mouse over colour labels on the palette? or if all else fails if an online chart could be mate up with the colours all labelled?

I myself am one-hundred percent colorblind, suffering from cone monochromacy. This type of colorblindness inhibits the functionality of all three cones in the eye, (Red, Green, and Blue) severely limiting the color spectrum I am capable of seeing as a human being.
As an avid costume-creator and player of Champions Online, this added functionality to the Tailor/UI would be wonderful. Perhaps, (though not likely) even creating a special, separate UI for colorblind players. It's incredibly frustrating always asking a friend or nearby player to help me find a specific color on the chart.
